Calls received from this number 2-3 per day asking for employee(s) by name. Have told them each and every time that they need to reach them at home since this is a personal business call. They continue to call day after day.

debt collector on payday loans. Kaufman Hines & Associates I believe is the name. Senior Investigator Maxwell Perry is extremely unprofessional. I owed a payday loan but it was being handled by another division called Hoffman Swartz & Assoc. This Maxwell Perry called me a liar. I had the rep handling my case with Hoffman call this Inv. Perry. It was a duplicate. He never apologized for anything nasty he said. SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!

Indian spoken man left a message on my voice mail stating that he was an officer of the law, and I was in deep legal mess, If I did not call him back I would be in big trouble. A thought came to mind one I could not understand him clearly, and he was very threatnening, which is unprofessional.

I received this call saying someone was calling me from a Shelby County jail - did not say 'who' and it asked me to key in a credit card number to start accepting calls. I had reason to believe it was my son calling but when I keyed in my c/c number, I was disconnected. Calling back the number, I'm told its disconnected! I don't know if I gave my number to someone!

I got a voicemail from Spencer wanting my son. He said my son is involved in a lawsuit with ACS and they want to talk to him. I called back and got Chris Brown. Both are rude, aggressive, have a heavy accent and are difficult to understand. We think this is a scam.

This woman wanted to update my business info - so they'd have it right on the invoice.... Said my first year was "complimentary" - What first year? My business doesn't advertise. Big Scam!
